Name: Shiho Hahnenfuss
Age: ?? (She looks like she's the same age as Yzak and the others, if not a year or two younger)
Affiliations: ZAFT, member of the Jule squadron
Appearance: Long, dark brown hair tied together at the end with sharply cut bangs and violet eyes. Wears the red elite pilot ZAFT uniform while on duty, and has a worn a tank top (laced at the sides) with capri pants when off duty

Shiho is a very mysterious character, very little is known about her and she has no lines whatsoever in Gundam SEED and Gundam SEED Destiny. She is a ZAFT soldier (therefore it's about 99.99% certain that she's also a Coordinator) who was assigned to Yzak Jule's squadron and is under his command. Like Yzak, Dearka and the others did at the time of Gundam SEED, Shiho wears the red ZAFT uniform (no pink miniskirt ;) ), meaning that like them she is an elite pilot and still has the same status in Gundam SEED Destiny. Shiho has also appeared in the short promo for Gundam SEED MSV Astray, piloting a CGUE DEEP Arms and there's also a very short manga (although I have not been able to find a name for it yet) in which she appears.

Rumors
Yzak + Shiho = ???
The most popular rumor regarding Shiho is that she is Yzak's fiancé. Whether this engagement is something that they initiated on their own or arranged by their parents (like Athrun and Lacus) is unknown but seeing as Shiho doesn't have any speaking lines in SEED and SEED Destiny her interaction (if you can call it that) with Yzak is limited to saluting, ~~standing~~ floating on the other side of the table during Rau Le Crueset's briefing, standing behind him and Dearka while they listen to Dullindal's speech etc. In the unnamed (haven't been able to find out the name since I don't know Japanese) manga short, they have a conversation in the hangar the night before the final battle. During that conversation one gets the impression that Shiho admires and respects Yzak a lot.
